Finishing Compound

SC 4060 Finishing Compound is designed to remove a 1200 grit sanding scratch and leave a high gloss finish with one compound. Quickly eliminate sanding marks, haze and holograms. Can be used with either rotary or dual action machines. DIRECTIONS: 1200 to 3000 scratch.1.Shake well. Work in the shade on a cool surface.2.Apply a quarter size (1” diameter or 2.5 cm) amount of product to center of cutting pad. Before attaching pad to machine manually rub pad over the 2’ x 2’ area to evenly disperse compound. 3.Set rotary buffer to approximately 800-1000 RPM. Use cutting foam or wool pad. Set DA polisher to 4-5 ** See recommended pads below. Working a 2’ x 2’ section using moderate pressure to reduce the depth of the scratches to 3000 4.
