Description The Nano IFAK is the result of a collaboration between North American Rescue® and Blue Force Gear®, featuring NAR's premium trauma first aid components with BFG's cutting edge custom designed bag. The Nano IFAK features rapid single-hand access by simply pulling the BLIP pull tab to remove the insert and access the medical supplies. Additionally, the NANO bag is designed with an external tourniquet holder and Naloxone pouch (Naloxone not included), allowing swift access to critical life saving gear without opening the main compartment.
