2025 Fall Rowing - Middle School

Registration is now open for the Fall Rowing Clinic at Oak Hollow Lake designed specifically for middle school students. Students entering Grade 7 or 8 at any Triad area middle school this Fall semester are eligible to join the program.  WHEN:  The season begins August 16 and goes through to Thursday, November 13.  There will also be a free Sneak Peek Week prior to the season starting from Monday August 12 through Saturday August 17.  Middle school participants will row Monday and Wednesday from 4:45pm to 6:30pm and Saturday morning 9:00-11am. Attendance at all practices is strongly encouraged to move up the learning curve with the rest of the team. Racing is not mandatory but your rower will want to do them all! Note, there are additional fees for each race.  WHERE: Rowing takes place at Oak Hollow Lake in High Point. Use 3700 Waterview Road, High Point, NC. for GPS.  RACING: Racing for the Middle School squad will include the Anniversary Row on September 12 (High Point), the Bugsy 3K
