Fabric Requirements            Quilting cotton border print with four 11" repeats across width of fabric  - 1  1/2 yards.Or one 11" wide strip - 4 1/2 yards.Finished size approximately 50" x 60" Size determined by actual strip width cut.Batting and backing for 4-6 " larger than the finished size.Binding - straight of grain - 1/3 yardDesign Considerations   Typical border print fabrics have four repeats of 9 -11" wide sets of stripes and elements running the length of fabric.     Designs may use all four stripes,  portions of 2-3 stripes, or one long strip.Narrower strips will require less fabric and make a smaller Hexagon.
