Tasting Note: Fine, delicate nose featuring scents of red fruit (cherry, raspberry...) and flowers (rose, violet…) that are enhanced by a slight hint of oak. Fleshy, round and finely structured on the palate, the finish is silky and fragrant.Pairing: Taste this wine with roasted or braised red and white meats, or with medium cheeses.Located at the very heart of the Côte de Beaune, Meursault is one of Burgundy's flagship villages and among its most celebrated. Widely renowned for its white wines, it also boasts some terroirs that are better suited to the cultivation of Pinot Noir grapes. Such is the case for our plot, located north of Meursault, fewer than 400 metres from the "Les Santenots" Climat in Volnay.
