Tasting Note: Filippo Gamba’s farm is in Vo Vecchio, a tiny town in the colli Euganei, southern Veneto. It’s a region famous for sweet Fior di Arancio DOCG moscato, and sturdy, age worthy reds made from Bordeaux varieties. The wine smells of violets and just-ripe black fruits (plums, currants). Viticulture: Organic / Biodynamic / Vegan Grapes: 50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 50% Merlot ABV: 12.5%
