The NV Demi-Sec is absolutely delicious. Demi-Sec Champagne is not exactly a style that is common these days, but Aubry's version is reliably terrific, as it is once again this year. The higher dosage adds body while also brings out a more exotic range of orange confit, pastry and honey - all of which are not usual for these wines. - Winemaker ABV: 12.5%
