Sparkling white wine made using the traditional method. Aged for 12 months on slats, undosed (brut nature). Fine and persistent bubble, clear and brilliant pale yellow color. Nose, intense and expressive, floral scents and aromas of white fruits. Full, round, supple and elegant mouth. Perfect to accompany seafood, fish and mild goat cheeses. In the Loire Valley, in the heart of the Coteaux du Layon, Domaine Pierre Chauvin produces a wide range of wines of Anjou.
