"Our Hahn SLH Chardonnay is an estate wine produced entirely in the Santa Lucia Highlands. We choose the best fruit, hand-stir the wine on the lees every three weeks for 12 months, then age the wine in French oak barrels. Rich and layered with silky notes of citrus orange, honeysuckle, caramel, and vanilla with hints of stoney minerality. Pair with petrale sole stuffed with bay scallops and dungeness crab, hazelnut crusted chicken, or carrot cake with cream cheese frosting." - Winemaker
