   Our current Ethiopia Decaf is an Ethiopia Guji 4 Natural Water Decaffeinated Coffee. It features the classic Ethiopia coffee blueberry flavor notes, balanced with blackberry, sweet marshmallow, and a subtle jasmine floral note. As part of the water decaffeination process, the green coffee is soaked in water to expand the beans before the caffeine extraction process begins. Next, the beans are introduced into a concentrated solution of coffee solubles that extracts the caffeine without taking out the coffee's unique flavor.
