Sausage Sampler

Our Sausage Sampler features a selection of fully cooked, high-quality sausage from four distinct styles of cuisine: an Andouille sausage, which is a coarse-grained, smoked Cajun bratwurst crafted from pork, garlic, pepper, onions, wine and spices; a pork Italian-style sausage seasoned with a spice blend that includes fennel and anise; a mildly sweet chicken apple sausage flavored with a secret spice blend; and a cheddar and jalapeño sausage made with pork, grated cheddar cheese, minced jalapeño, and garlic. This sampler includes four links of each flavor.
