These leggings run small.  We suggest that you go up to a larger size if you are between sizes or not sure. Materials and Care 82% eco polyester and 18% spandex.  Sewn in Montreal, Canada. Made with a high spandex fabric that gives these leggings a compression fit.  Wide waistband with a flattering and supportive fit. Designed with movement in mind with original designs by Crystal Worl that don't sacrifice fashion for comfort. Machine or hand wash in cold water.
