Trident's Edge only uses 100% natural tanned cowhide leather. Sourced from U.S. domestic steers, and tanned in the USA. Our leather products vary in thickness, 3 - 5 oz.  We hand sew all patches onto hook & pile tape when they are not being sewn onto hats. If you would like a patch w/out velcro, simply request the change as a note. Leather will distress over time. Patch sewn onto hat(s) will measure 2" x 3" Would you like to see images of our hats?
