Private Reservation Policy For private parties, we require a minimum spend of $200 to ensure we can make the night special for you and your guests. • Reservation Deposit: We’ll collect a $200 deposit to reserve the date for your party. • Refund Policy: This deposit will be refunded once all guests arrive, provided the group collectively meets the $200 minimum in purchases. • How It Works: Each guest will pay for their own project during the event. Then the deposit gets refunded back onto the card that paid it. Why do we charge a deposit? : Most groups meet that minimum easily, and it just protects us from staying open late for a no-show group or only a few people from the group showing up. This policy helps us prepare for your group and ensures we can provide a fun, relaxed, and personalized experience!
