Nokota ~ Illumination - Independence Day SR
The charismatic Nokota Mustang mold was a fitting model to represent America's Independence Day, particularly in 2018, after horse lovers fought off efforts to sell off BLM-held Mustangs to slaughterhouses. (That fight continues; we must remain vigilant.) Illumination celebrates America's Independence with a clearware body tinted in red, white and blue, and sporting an elegant fireworks pattern. Fireworks were called "illuminations" by the Europeans who became American colonists, so his name is both beautiful and appropriate! He was limited to 3000 pieces, and each dealer was only allowed 12, so they don't come up for sale often. This fellow is Factory Mint with a rather dark blue color compared to some others we've seen, which makes his decorative markings a lot more subtle. Size: Traditional Breyer Model #1799
