It features a IP67 waterproof (lens only) 8mm camera with a 2m (6.5ft) cable that has 6 ajustable LEDS with thumbwheel control. The borescope connects using the cables already included with your camera tester. Power is provided by the camera tester (12V 1/2/3A) — no batteries are needed. The borescope utilizes the display resolution of your camera tester. Image snapshot and video record functions are dependent on camera tester's capability. Includes hook, mirror and magnet. Would the camera on these be resistant to jet fuel? Could it be submerged in jet fuel without damaging the camera? A. Yes, it can be used for inspection inside a jet engine (jet fuel) but the if the jet fuel temperature is under 10°C (50°F) then it won’t work for a very long time. Also, after finishing the inspection, We suggest you use some alcohol to clean the camera.
