We understand that unforeseen issues can arise, which is why we proudly offer the TriStar guarantee – a solution to address any problems that may occur.We are confident that most plant issues manifest within the first 30 days. Nevertheless, we stand by our customers for an extended period. Our TriStar warranty covers one plant per warranty purchased for a full year from the date of purchase, with a one-time replacement in the form of store credit (shipping costs not included). The warranty must be purchased at the same time as the plant, not afterward. Damage from shipping, improper planting, clearance, neglect, or unsuitable zones is not covered.
