         We will start with an intake session: see what's going on and why (diagnose the challenge) and what we can do about it (create a game plan). Then we will go for the results: in a structured manner, with the timeline and the milestones defined!   WHAT THE PROCESS LOOKS LIKE: Sometimes you know EXACTLY what the problem that needs to be solved is.  Most of the times you don’t. At least, not exactly. We know something is not quite right – but what is it? Many of us bounce between “something’s got to give – yesterday” and “I’ve got it under control” – indefinitely.
