You can store the packs in the freezer for as long as you would like.  Keep the packs in the packaged, plastic bag to prevent soiling. How do I heat Kool Bandz?  The smaller 3” x 5” packs vary slightly on the heating due to its smaller size. It's recommended that you heat this product in the microwave for 15 seconds.  Continue heating at 5 second intervals until your desired temperature is reached.  Knead the pack after heating.
