My personal work depicts intimate ecological portraits, often focusing on species interactions and cycles. I otherwise enjoy portraying nature in various contexts, whether it take the form of a detailed scientific illustration or a colorful children's book. Though I work largely in graphite, colored pencil, gouache, and digital media, I love working with any substance that allows expression of fine detail and texture."
