100% riesling organic mosel, germany the now canonical site of 121 year old 1200 or so vines - planted in 1900. Normally this wine ends as a feinherb but in 2021 ended dry from Kabinett level grapes- you can very much feel the ungrafted density and extracts, like the above Palmberg albeit to the next dimension. The wine is coiled, compact and a force of nature-who else in the world of wine is making wines like this?
