75% Pinot Gris, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Blanc pomace with 25% Riesling juice. Organic Williamette Valley, Oregon, USA The base of this Piquette is sourced from the 2022 'Do Nothing' blend - a mix of wholecluster Pinot Gris, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Blanc that fermented carbonically. The grapes were pressed before dryness and the pomace was rehydrated with water to macerate for 10 days before adding fermenting Riesling juice for added acidity and aromatics.
