The holes are cut out for you to attach the original vents  from your old dashboard. SOME OF THE MOUNTING HOLES MUST BE DRILLED OUT A BIT FOR EASIER FITMENT. Parts made from Top Quality Fiberglass  using  Hand-Laid  process. All parts are Primer finished “Ready to Paint“. Will need to sand a little for better adhesion before painting.  But a lot of our customers choose to install it without paint since it looks close to original gray.
