Valerian Complex Herbal Tincture

1.86 oz The Valerian plant has been known for a long time to have a mildly sedative effect and for the people suffering from insomnia it helps especially the falling asleep phase.  What is less known is that it also helps nervous restlessness in people who feel an urgent need to keep moving while feeling very hot and dry at the same time.  Modern research has shown that the various constituents of the Valerian roots stimulate the GABA receptors as well as having an inhibiting effect on the information related Nf-kBeta.  In order to capture many of the qualities of the Valerian root we have combined a concentrated extract with a highly diluted, potentized, form of the extract.  Based on research findings of Rudolf Steiner we have also included the ashes of the Valerian root in order to enhance the overall effect.  As always, we do not use alcohol-based extraction mediums and we prepare the final formula in a rhythmical manner that includes the natural sun forces. * Consult your hea
