Waldo Grant Signed Letter & Envelope
This is a two page, handwritten and signed letter from African American serial killer Waldo Grant. Grant signed his full name on the mailing envelope and at the end of the letter as well. COA included Waldo Grant (November 3, 1946 – June 6, 2023) was an American serial killer convicted of murdering at least four young men in New York City between 1973 and 1976. Born in Bulloch County, Georgia, Grant later moved to Manhattan’s Upper West Side, where he became known within the local community. Between 1973 and 1976, he killed multiple victims through violent assaults, including beating, stabbing, and dismemberment. Grant was apprehended in January 1977, confessed to the killings after police questioning, and was sentenced to four concurrent life sentences for multiple counts of second-degree murder. He remained in prison until his death at 76 years old in Albany, New York.
