Hunapu makes its triumphant return for another season at True North. This lighter Guatemalan makes excellent hot or cold coffee, brewed either as pour over, cold brew, or Japanese iced coffee. Chocolate, Raspberry, Tropical Fruit This Antigua Hunapu comes from the Bella Vista processing mill, owned and operated by Luis Pedro Zelaya, a fourth generation coffee farmer, and his family.  This crop is made of pickings from many small producers on the side of Agua de Volcan, the volcano at the edge of Antigua. Bella Vista supports these smaller producers working in the rich volcanic soil who would otherwise be unable to sell their coffee by processing and bringing their coffees to market. The rich soil and high elevation provide the perfect growing conditions for sweet, complex coffee harvests.
