La Folie returns as part of True North's summer slate of coffees for a fourth year running, and is now available to our online customers for the first time. This year's crop presents a nice, robust body, deep flavors of chocolate fudge brownie and a caramel apple sweetness. This coffee was specially selected for summer and makes both great hot pour over, as well as cold brew and iced coffee. Chocolate Brownie, Caramel Apple This fully washed coffee is produced by Penny Matheu at Finca La Folie, in the Antigua region of Guatemala, at 1550 meters above sea level.
