Guatemalan Huehuetango Finca La Palma

This Guatemalan presents a nice balance of acidity and body, floral notes that sit high on the pallet and notes of tropical fruit. La Palma makes great pour over, batch brew or auto drip and iced coffee or overnight cold brew. Tea, Floral, Tropical Fruit La Palma is a small farm that does all of the picking, wet milling, and drying within the family. Fermentation is done for nearly 24 hrs in a dry cement tank and the slow fermentation process adds to its robust fruitiness.
