We created a decaf coffee so flavorful many have asked “Is this really decaf?” Quiet Storm, True North's signature decaf coffee, is versatile enough to taste great when prepared with any manual brewing method, with an automatic brewer, or as luscious, syrupy espresso. Caramel, Dark Chocolate, Guava, Lemon, Marzipan We refreshed Quiet Storm with new Swiss Water™ Processed coffee from small batch growers in the Pluma Hidalgo sub-region of Mexico. The Swiss Water™ Process extracts caffeine from the coffee without the use of chemicals. Traditionally the domain of large estate farmers, much of the coffee production in Pluma has switched to the hands of smallholders who provide the necessary care and attention to produce highly sought after crops. This care and attention is not just best practice but also a necessity to ensure the survival of these farms particularly with the changing climate affecting coffee
