Our laying hens are truly free range, enjoying an abundance of bugs and foliage at the farm. The shells range in color from classic white and light brown, to deep green and brown tones, and pastel greens and blues. We also have Cayuga duck eggs which are grey in color. And Muscovy duck eggs, which are white. The yolks are thick and orange, holding firm when the egg is cracked - evidence of the high quality and nutritional value they carry. PLEASE NOTE: We expect to begin fulfilling egg order by the middle of April.
