Lentil Flour, Org (Unifine) These flours are made using our Unifine Milling Process. In the Unifine Process the beans enter a high speed rotor and is instantly shattered into fine flour. Air goes through the rotor with the beans and blows the flour out, thus keeping it cool throughout the process, retaining many nutrients. With the Unifine Process the natural oils in the beans are kept intact and do not get hot like in regular grain milling and stoneground milling. These flours are processed in a mill which also processes wheat flours. Use to make 3-minute soups, or to add to breads, casseroles, patties and loaves.
