Crystal & Glass Briolette Earrings

These briolette earrings from the 1930s definitely make a statement. Substantial in weight, each has a fully-faceted, teardrop-shaped glass pendant with a large prong-set, round crystal at the earlobe. This top stone is very prominent – ½” diameter by 3/8” deep. The screw-backs are sterling silver and can be modified for pierced ears. These beautiful and unusual earrings sparkled on the runway at a recent fashion show.
