Go medium if you don't want to tip the scales too much. My scientific name is Tuber Magnatum Pico I am a wild mushroom. Unlike other mushrooms I grow underground. What they say about my look: " It has a globular shape with many depressions on the rind that make it irregular. The outer surface is smooth and slightly velvety.The color varies from pale to dark cream to greenish. Its meat or glebe is unmistakable and is white or greyish yellow with thin white veins. Its pleasantly aromatic scent is different from the other truffles and makes it unique". Everyone knows I love eggs. So if you want to taste me at my best, just slice me over scrambled eggs or soft-boiled eggs. I don't like being overwhelmed by stronger flavors, so I don't like hot spicy, acidic ingredients, or strong spices. I'm not picky, I'm just simple.
