Our Body Wrap Kits comes with a body wrap band (1 size fits all) black plastic wrap, flexible measuring tape, hot cream and a body measurement tracker sheet.  This body wrap kit will help you keep tract of losing inches. •Step 1- measure your area (waist, arms, thighs, etc)  •Step 2- document your before inches on measurement sheet. •Step 3- apply hot cream to target area (may be hot on the skin, if so apply petroleum jelly to the skin first, then apply hot cream on top). •Step 4- wrap black plastic to target area •Step 5- then wrap body band Disclaimer- if redness or irritation occur please stop use.  Best results with diet and light exercise.
