Hi ! We are a producers at 𝕯𝖊𝖒𝖆𝖎𝖓 𝕶𝖔𝖑𝖑𝖊𝖈𝖙𝖎𝖛, dj’s and musicians. Our home is 90m2 with 4 bedrooms, a living room and a private patio and flourished garden. Your room is equipped with guitars, electronic drums, synthesizers and Pioneer NSX setup with monitoring system. It is ideal for DJ’s, producers or small bands as they will find a place where they are free to create, rehearse or simply jam before or after gigs. After parties are possible on request.The spaceIt is a bottom floor apartment, horse shoe shaped around the building entrance hall. On one side are our 3 bedrooms, and the studio/room is on the other side. In the middle section are the bathroom, living room kitchen and garden. There is an entrance on each side, allowing guests more privacy and not to worry about waking anyone up. Studio is set so that music will not disturb us on the other side.
