We live here with our children and so the house is perfect for families with children, but actually for anyone looking for a quiet place close to beach and nature and only 20 min. to the city centre.The spaceWe own the entire house, but rent out the 1st floor to our very lovely upstairs neighbors. We live on the ground floor and in the basement. On the ground floor we have kitchen, living room, play room, bathroom and office. In the basement we have two bedrooms, a bathroom and a laundry room.Note that the garden is shared.Guest accessThere is a parking space outside the house and we also live only a 10 min walk from the metro. We are two metro stops from the airport, and five stops from central Copenhagen.
