Very comfy 1 bedroom studio located 2 min walking from Porte de Hall. 10 min walking from Midi Station (Gare du Midi) and 25 min walking to Grand Place. The studio is very comfortable, is on 3rd floor (no lift available).The first floor of the building is under renovation, hence you will see the entrance walls are dirty due to current work, they will be painted when work ends. The studio is clean and comfortable. Please check my guide book for the house manual and recommendations. No TV.The spaceIt’s a comfy 1 bedroom studio. All furniture new. The bathroom has been recently renovated and has the shower and toilet in the same room. I live there but I travel often due to work hence I do airb&b when I’m not there. I have an empty wardrobe for guest to use and the kitchen is fully equipped. Perfect for a short stay.
