The TSPROF Kadet Pro knife sharpening kit means perfect knife sharpness wherever you are. Knife turning mechanism The TSPROF Kadet Pro knife turning mechanism keeps the same sharpening angle on both sides of the knife. After turning, the lever locks the clamping frame in place. Easy and precise angle setting Kadet Pro is equipped with a rack-and-pinion height adjuster with toothed gearing and allows small sharpening angle adjustments in the range from 9° to 28° degrees per side. Increased corrosion resistance TSPROF Kadet Pro body is anodized, and has an improved corrosion resistance and better protection of the aluminum surface.
