This listing includes: (1) Mylar 42" Mardi Gras Jester Hat Balloon Accent your Mardi Gras or Fat Tuesday themed party with this 42 inch large unique shape Mardi Gras Jester Hat foil mylar balloon.  Balloon size is 42" inches uninflated. This balloon is self sealing and can be inflated with helium or air. (When inflated with air the balloon will not float.) DO NOT over inflate balloon or it will pop. If purchased without helium, this balloon doesn't include a ribbon or weight and the balloon will be sent flat and deflated. Bring you balloon to your local party store or super market to have filled for a small fee.
