NETTUNO | ESPRESSO When we developed our roast for espresso, we hoped to embody the distinct flavor notes and aroma of a traditional Italian-style profile, one that is on the darker end of the roast. When creating the profile of our espresso blend, we aim to balance its acidity, sweetness, and bitterness.
