Nurtured in volcanic soils under ideal altitude and climate conditions, the beans develop a deep sweetness and balanced structure, highlighted by their dense, round peaberry shape. In the cup, this coffee is comforting and complex, opening with notes of baker’s chocolate and toffee-like dates that provide a warm, dessert-like foundation. Layers of dried fruit lend gentle sweetness, while a bright accent of orange adds a lift of citrus acidity. A smooth, hazelnut finish rounds out the profile, leaving a lingering richness and refined balance—an elegant expression of Tanzania’s coffee heritage.
