AEM Universal Adjustable Fuel Pressure Regulator Rebuild Kit

AEM Adjustable Fuel Pressure Regulator Rebuild Kit is designed to repair AEM adjustable fuel pressure regulators. The kit includes a diaphragm, a single large return orifice, and an O-ring.  The diaphragm is a critical component of the regulator, as it is responsible for separating the fuel pressure from the vacuum reference signal. The O-ring creates a seal between the diaphragm and the regulator body. The large return orifice allows for excess fuel to return to the tank, which helps to maintain consistent fuel pressure. This rebuild kit is compatible with a variety of AEM adjustable fuel pressure regulators, including the 25-300BK, 25-301BK, 25-302BK, 25-303BK, 25-304BK, and 25-305BK.Warranty
