Prints available on Paper, Metal, Canvas. New Framing Options for Paper Prints! A family of Great Horned Owls, affectionately referred to as ‘the Hoots’, has moved into a nest on my driveway. Often at night, one of the owls will sit high atop a Norway Pine, a perfect silhouette with ear tufts/horns. I was an amazing inspiration that had to become a painting. The twist is that Mr. Hoots is holding onto a Tootsie Pop. If you remember the ad campaign, “Mr. Owl, how many licks does it take…“One… Two…ah, Three.”I loved those commercials growing up, and it’s the perfect pairing to Mr. Owl.
