This busbar pulls its main power from your winch + / - cables that are typically ran by the manufacturer for winch installation wrapped in blue tape under the hood. You then connect your winch power to the - negative & + positive post / battery power of the busbar. With the relay only being activated with the “key on”, you can now connect multiple fused accessories to the busbar with 40amps of keyed-on power!
