Our paper bag skirts feature a high waistline. They are super comfy and have quite a bit of stretch to them.  Fit TTS and and have loose fit. They feature Elastic in the the waist    I am not responsible for any sizes order wrong. If you noticed you may have order the wrong size within an hour of your order please contact me.
