This traditional, knee length, tutu is made with 4 layers of soft tulle attached to matching color, two-inch wide elastic in two doubled rows.   Sizes A - I plus custom measurement option. 25” length. Production Time  Our Made-to-Order tutus and costumes are handcrafted in our Charlotte, NC studio to your exact specifications. Typical delivery time is 10–16 weeks, depending on season and project volume. Because our production calendar fills quickly, please email claudia@tutu.com before placing any tutu or costume order needed before February 7, 2026.
