This traditional, knee length, tutu is made with 4 layers of soft tulle attached to matching color, two-inch wide elastic in two doubled rows.   Sizes A - I plus custom measurement option. 25” length. Production Time  Our Made-to-Order products are crafted in Charlotte, NC to your specifications in our professional costume shop. Typical delivery time is 10–16 weeks (varies by season and quantity). All openings have been filled for October 2025-January 18, 2026. Please email claudia@tutu.com before placing a tutu/costume order that is needed before January 22, 2026. Occasionally, we can squeeze in a rush order, depending on what else is due at that time. Rush fees will apply.
