Snowballs Props Course Level 1 - Handheld Snowballs for Nutcracker Snow Scene

Course Description: Ever wondered how to make those iconic, hand-held Snowballs used in NYCB's Nutcracker? This Level One Class provides all the information needed to make our own version of these iconic snowball props. You’ll learn how to work with millinery wire, jewel wire, and fluffy fake snowballs to make these traditional ballet-style snowballs, complete with how to make them so there will be no accidentally dropped snowballs on stage. For this class, you will need some pliers, both needle nose and regular. You will be shaping the wire similarly to the way it is done in tiara classes.
