Course Description: Learn to craft a Russian Princess / Kokoshnik Tiara designed by Claudia Folts for Tutu.Com. Don’t let its’ simplicity fool you; the frame is one of the most complex designs to make and get the “balance” just right. Prerequisites: Any Level Two Tiara Course, or send pictures of your work and a note detailing your experience with making tiaras to claudia@tutu.com for approval.
