Course Description: Learn how to make Catherine Zehr’s “Grand Duchess” Tiara Design - an elegant dramatic tiara, available to build in two color combinations - Crystal or AB Crystal. Both are perfect for any role requiring an air of sophistication and elegance. As with all advanced-level kits, you are encouraged to make the design your own by arranging the stones supplied in any way you want!
