The best of stretch and traditional tutus.    Powernet panels front and back to stabilize the panty section. Powernet basque to support the weight of the skirt. Optional elastic casing on the high hip to adjust the fit. We suggest using elastic leg casings (explained in instructions) to further secure your tutu.
